OCRA 2015 Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon

Constitution and Bylaws Amendments; Nominations and Slate of 2015-2016 Board of Directors

The 2015 Annual Business Meeting of the Ohio Court Reporters Association will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 11:45 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the Pavilion at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North.  All OCRA members are encouraged to attend the Annual Business Meeting, which will take place during the Saturday Luncheon of the 2015 Annual Conference.

Pursuant to Article IX, Section 2(D) of the Ohio Court Reporters Association Constitution and Bylaws, Nominating Committee Chair and Immediate Past President William P. Zaremba, RMR, CRR, presents for your consideration the 2015-2016 Slate of Officers and Directors.

In addition, pursuant to Article XV of the Ohio Court Reporters Association Constitution and Bylaws, the OCRA Board of Directors has authorized the Secretary to submit proposed amendments to the membership for discussion and vote on adoption at the Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon.
