EVENT UPDATES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. this Saturday 2/8/2020 at Motts Military Museum (5075 South Hamilton Road, Groveport, Ohio 43125), with the educational tour to begin at 9:30 a.m.  Just prior to the tour, a representative from Governor Mike DeWine's office will be presenting the Proclamation of Ohio's 2020 Court Reporting and Captioning Week!  After the presentation of the Proclamation, there will be quick photo opportunity and then the amazing educational tour and CEU portion of the day will begin.

But that's not all!  We have an extra option for you for lunch, dinner, or drinks. 

Grove City Brewery is hosting a public event on February 8th.  Their Head Brewer, Trevor Luthor, has brewed a special purple beer called Encalmo for Glass Axis’ Glassquerade to be held February 21st.  They are previewing this new brew at their establishment on February 8th from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m.  Proceeds from the purchase of this beer go to Glass Axis, a nonprofit glass art studio.

Grove City has a full menu, including appetizers, salads, flatbreads, burgers, and other sandwiches, along with a huge craft beer selection.  They are also attached to Plum Run Winery, so if beer is not your thing, there is a great selection of wines.

This promises to be a fun way to end our day of blowing glass at Glass Axis with dinner and drinks, or to have lunch if you’re just attending the morning CEU session at Motts.
