OCRA Board Meetings are open to members who wish to observe their elected leaders in action.  If you would like to attend an OCRA Board Meeting, as a courtesy, please let the President know in advance so we can plan for your presence and recognize you.  Please send an email to the President stating your interest in attending.

Please keep in mind that agendas are set well in advance of each Board meeting in order to thoroughly prepare background information on all issues so that the Board can make sound, informed and fact-based decisions. And, consistent with Robert's Rules of Order, only Board members are permitted to participate in the discussions, unless specifically recognized by the President. However, every effort is made to accommodate requests from visiting members to add their comments.

While the vast majority of the Board’s work is conducted in open session, from time to time confidential or legally sensitive information will be considered by the Board, and those discussions will be conducted in executive session.  At such times you will be asked to leave the room.

Thank you for demonstrating the desire to be more aware of how your association is governed. A report on the outcomes of the meeting and formal minutes will be prepared and made available to the membership upon request.
